Program reliability at commercial scale

Commercial concrete lives and dies on the program. MetroFlow provides scheduled, staffed and documented pumping for builders, civil contractors and developers across Victoria — warehouse floors, multi-unit residential, tilt-panel work, subdivisions and infrastructure pours that have to happen on the day they're booked.

Built for repeat work

One-off pours are easy; programs are hard. A commercial builder doesn't just need a pump on Tuesday — they need the same reliable outfit every Tuesday for six months, with operators who know the site induction, paperwork that's already on file, and an office that answers the phone when the program moves. That's the service MetroFlow is built around.

We run boom and line pumps across commercial and civil work: warehouse and factory floors where flatness specs demand a consistent feed, multi-unit townhouse developments with staged slab programs, suspended decks and structural toppings, tilt-panel footings and strip pours, and civil packages — kerb and channel, pits, footpaths and subdivision works.

On high-volume pours our operators manage agitator sequencing with the batch plant directly, keeping concrete at the hopper without racking up waiting time on your supplier account. On staged programs, we hold your slots ahead of confirmation so a weather reshuffle doesn't send you to the back of anyone's queue.

Compliance without the chase

SWMS, public liability certificates, operator tickets, plant risk assessments — all current, all on file, all sent before we arrive the first time. Our operators turn up inducted, in PPE, and ready to work within your site's systems. If your project runs Hammertech, SignOnSite or paper in a site shed, it makes no difference to us.

For estimators and contract administrators: we quote from drawings, we hold pricing for the program duration, and we invoice the way your accounts team wants. Ask us for a rate card for repeat work.

Commercial & Civil FAQs

Can you handle multiple pumps on one pour?

Yes — for large floors and decks we run multiple units with coordinated sequencing. Give us the pour size and program and we'll spec it.

What notice do you need for commercial bookings?

For programmed work we hold your slots in advance. For ad-hoc commercial pours, 3–7 days is usually enough; we'll always try to cover urgent gaps — see our post on commercial pump scheduling.

Do you work under traffic management and permits?

Regularly. Night pours, road occupancy permits, spotters near powerlines — we plan the pump operation around your permit conditions.

Are your operators ticketed and inducted?

All operators hold current high-risk work licences where required, plus white cards and site-specific inductions. Documentation is sent ahead of the first pour.
